    Tridoshic - Ayurvedic Massage

    This Ayurvedic massage is a beautiful full-body sequence designed to delicately harmonize the Vata, Pitta, and Kapha energies within you. Prior to your appointment, you'll receive a brief intake form by email to provide a snapshot of your constitution and any current imbalances. We’ll review your responses together to customize the session to your unique needs.     Marma point Massage

    Marma, meaning 'secret' or 'hidden' in Sanskrit, refers to vital points on the body, akin to acupressure points in Traditional Chinese Medicine. With 107 Marma points acting as 'doorways' into the body and consciousness, those addressed in this treatment are linked to organs that store emotions and stagnant energy, affecting their functions.

    Experience the soothing benefits of this ancient Ayurvedic therapy. Gentle pressure on the marma points, along with a massage of the face, neck, and shoulders, will release tension and restore balance. The treatment concludes with an oil massage on the backside of the body, leaving you deeply relaxed and revitalized.

    Energetic Massage Therapy

    Completely surrender yourself during this deeply restorative treatment. After a short intake, the massage is holistically tailored to address what is currently unfolding on your mental, emotional, and physical levels, ensuring it fully supports you.

    I combine several techniques: slow, gentle (oil) massage and movement, stimulation of acupressure points from TCM, Marma points from Ayurveda and Reiki. Through touch, we bring loving awareness to specific areas, activating the body’s self-healing ability and allowing energy to flow freely. This can feel profoundly restorative and liberating!

    • For each massage there is a short check-in before the treatment plus time for a cup of tea afterwards. For the Energetic & Tridoshic massage a more extensive intake is included in the duration of the treatment.
    • The massages I offer are distinct from classic, deep tissue, or sports massages. While I can apply pressure using techniques like acupressure & marma points, you'll be surprised by the relief and relaxation a softer, gentler, and more subtle touch can provide.
    • Prices shown are current and inclusive of 21% VAT.
    • Stamp cards (3x 70 or 90-minute massages of your choice) are available to stimulate self-care. Enjoy a €15,- discount on the total price when used within a 4-month timeframe after purchase. For giftcards please reach out via the contactform.
    • I don't provide medical treatments. Please share any relevant health information before your session (e.g., diabetes, pregnancy). Consult a specialist or your GP beforehand if you have medical conditions that may affect the massage. Feel free to contact me or your GP if you're unsure about suitability.
    • Appointments can be modified or canceled by email or phone up to 24 hours prior. In case of late cancellation or no show, the full price of the treatment will be charged.
    • Payments are accepted in cash or via payment request (only Dutch banks).
    • Do you have a limited income? Each month, I reserve a slot for individuals in this situation, including students. I believe preventive healthcare should be accessible to all. The rate for this slot is €75 / 70 min and €95 / 90 min.
