Especially for this time of the year where we often 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 we can experience all kinds of discomforts such as bloating, flatulence, abdominal pain, nausea, spasms in the gut, a feeling of heaviness and being very low on energy (the famous 'after dinner dip').⁣

When brewed together, the famous digestive spices Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel blend into a 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐲𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜 𝐭𝐞𝐚 called CCF. This tea enkindles the digestive fire, encourages healthy absorption of nutrients and supports the body’s ability to break down natural toxins. ⁣

CCF Tea Recipe:

Use equal parts of the following seeds (make sure to buy organic):

  • Cumin seeds
  • Coriander seeds
  • Fennel seeds

Lightly toast the seeds in a frying pan until they release their aroma.

Boil some water and pour it into your favorite teacup. Add 1 teaspoon of the seed mixture into a tea egg or bag, place it in the cup, and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy!

TIP: Prepare a larger batch in the morning, pour it into a thermos, and sip it throughout the day to support your digestive health.
